Andrew Bondarowicz, Esq. is a principal with Bondarowicz & Associates, LLC, a boutique law firm.
Andrew has represented professional athletes, coaches, entertainers, and celebrities since 2003 on a variety of transactional matters. As a former National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) certified Contract Advisor for nine years, Andrew personally represented 75 players in contract negotiations at all levels of professional football. He moved on to serve as strategic counsel for several professional sports organizations on a variety of matters including governance, operations, compliance, trademarks and rights of publicity, social media and marketing. Andrew serves as an advisor to a variety of sports-focused non-profit organizations, at all levels of sport. He currently serves as the 2ndVice President on the New Jersey Youth Soccer Board of Directors.
Andrew holds B.A., M.S., and J.D. degrees from Rutgers University and is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He is a former Chair of the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law (EASL) section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is the New Jersey Outreach Chair for the Sports Lawyers Association, an international trade association. He has been teaching Sports Law at Rutgers Law School in Newark since 2012 and teaches a similar course in the Rutgers Global Sports Business Master’s degree program in New Brunswick. Andrew is a frequent speaker on sports law, sports regulation, and other sports-related topics.
Outside of the legal field, Andrew also provides strategic counsel and consulting services to wide range of clients ranging from start-up ventures, Fortune 500 corporations, and non-profit entities. He is also the founder of Fanteractive.com, a crowdsourced platform for player scouting, game analysis, and other features.
